Picture this....

You're sitting in a restaurant having just enjoyed a slice of pie, grandparents, uncle, mom and you, an 8 year old boy.  You are sipping on your hot chocolate while the adults chat but you are a bit antzy and goofy from a long day, so everything seems to be really funny. What comes next is found on movie screens around the world.

Wrappin' it up!

When I was young I use to take a slice of bread and smash it really flat then wrap other foods up in it.  As I got older I discovered things like pigs in a blanket, pop tarts, pot pies, corn dogs, calzones and many more wonderful food that were all wrapped in pastry or dough.  I was much older when I discovered that I could make pigs in a blanket sound really sophisticated by using the term en croute and that my dears is all she wrote.

I was talking to someone that I just met the other day and noticed that there was a waterfall of sorts happening.  At first it was nice to have someone ask me little random tidbits about who I was and what my interests were, but then it became more like an inquest.

When I was younger, going to work meant going to a specific location and dealing directly with people.  When I say directly, I mean I would stand face to face with them and we would talk and joke and create a relationship.  Work is a bit different nowadays.
